    YIMBY theory contains winning formula for universal success/harmony of economic prosperity. Supple and cherubic young entrepreneurs make sex frolic at convention center with misshapen faces and lopsided buttocks thrusting and pumping in unison bleeting delicious moans in time to sound of cash register chiming. West Coast YIMBYs like lots of boring foreplay while Open New York astroturf tech bros prefer their romance like their buildings, as high as possible.
